The problem

Finding a specific policy usually meant asking around until someone remembered where it lived, and even then nobody could say for certain it was the current version.

The solution

Employees ask questions in plain language and get an answer with the source document attached, so they can check it themselves. Access stays scoped to what each person is actually allowed to see, and the index updates automatically as documents change.
